By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts and Access
To use certain features, you may need to register an account. You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure.
- Any activity occurring under your account.
- Immediately notifying us of unauthorized use.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the Services in a manner that violates applicable laws.
- Interfere with or disrupt our systems, servers, or networks.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform or devices.
- Circumvent or disable any security features.
4. Prohibited Manipulation of Hardware or Software
Our devices and platform are protected by technical and legal safeguards. You agree not to:
- Manipulate, tamper with, or alter any Inquest Wireless hardware or firmware.
- Copy, clone, or attempt to replicate our platform, software, or systems.
- Attempt to bypass device security measures, including encryption and access controls.
Any such actions will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and services, without refund, and may subject you to legal action.
5. GPS Tracking and Data Accuracy
Our Services provide real-time and historical location data through GPS, cellular, and backup triangulation technologies. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Location data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable due to network, environmental, or technical factors.
- Inquest Wireless is not liable for losses or damages resulting from reliance on GPS data.
- You are responsible for verifying information before making business or legal decisions (including repossessions).
6. Device Installation and Use
- Wired devices must be professionally installed for proper operation.
- Wireless or battery-powered devices have variable battery life depending on configuration.
- You are responsible for compliance with all applicable privacy, employment, and telecommunication laws when using tracking devices.
7. Device Modems and SIM Cards
- Inquest Wireless devices are designed and locked to operate exclusively with Inquest Wireless SIM cards.
- Attempting to unlock, reprogram, or alter a device’s IMEI, modem, or SIM card configuration is strictly prohibited.
- Use of third-party SIM cards, or any attempt to bypass IMEI locks, will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and services, without refund.
8. No Warranty on Unauthorized Use
Any tampering, unlocking, or use of unauthorized SIM cards immediately voids all warranties, service obligations, and technical support provided by Inquest Wireless. We are not responsible for damages or failures caused by unauthorized modifications.
9. Carrier Coverage
Our devices operate using multiple carrier networks. Service availability may vary by region and is subject to third-party carrier limitations. Inquest Wireless does not guarantee uninterrupted coverage.
10. Payment Terms
If you purchase hardware, subscriptions, or related services, you agree to pay all fees according to our pricing schedule. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy]. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and devices provided by Inquest Wireless are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them without prior written consent.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inquest Wireless shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our Services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse our products.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
